‘Guava’

Vodka, pisco, guava, honey, lemon, fig balsamic vinegar, prosecco, dried strawberry garnish 

‘Rhubarb’

Bareksten swedish gin, acidulated strawberry / rhubarb / basil shrub, blood orange juice, saline, lemon lime soda.

Garnished with a skewered rhubarb peel.

Corralejo and Cimarron Tequila, velvet falernum, carrot juice, pineapple juice, “lime,” ginger syrup.

Garnished with a nori finished dehydrated mango.

Roulaison Rum, Uruapan Charanda, amaro blend, coconut cream, pineapple juice, ginger syrup, cold brew.

Garnished with lemon dill salt finished freeze dried raspberries.

Three Spirit Livener, organic tomato juice, carrot juice, honey, lemon, “lime”, sriracha, black pepper, salt, dill, basil.
